: Once you are in receipt of your order, we have no responsibility as to the safety and storage of the products, all products need to ensure are stored correctly to remain safe to consume.
: We require full payment before we are able to process your order. All financial transactions are processed by our chosen merchant processor.
: It is your responsibility not to consume any products you believe are not fit for consumption.
: Food collection will be made on the given collection date and time unless an event out of our control arises. In this circumstance, you will be contacted by ourselves via your given contact.
: If you are unhappy with your food/order for a legitimate reason such as missing food and Incorrect meals you must inform us within one hour of receipt of your food we shall work with yourselves to come to a reasonable solution for all issues.
: Would you have severe allergies to any specific food, we would recommend placing a simple order 48 hours in advance. However, we can't guarantee 100 % free of allergies you may have due to the nature of the open cooking environment.
: Refund policy: would you honestly not happy with the meal you received, we are happy to refund the full amount of your order under £50. If the order is more than £50, we are able to refund 50% of the amount you paid for provided that you do not consume any food and return it to the restaurant on the day you collect.
: We are working closely with the Surrey Police, Reigate & Banstead Council and Redhill Business Guild to reduce crimes in our pub and community. The dishonest claim is a serious crime which can result in serious consequences for fraudsters who may find their future job prospects impacted, find it harder to obtain vital financial services, obtain a criminal conviction and even face the prospect of imprisonment.
